Special Stitches. (hereinafter also referred to as “Special Stitches”) is committed to ensuring that all your orders purchased from Special Stitches will be processed thoroughly, securely transported and delivered to you based on your preferred Special Stitches mode of delivery. These policies explain how Special Stitches address customer concerns regarding items ordered through Special Stitches.
By placing an order and/or purchasing products or services offered by the Special Stitches Website, you acknowledge, agree and/or accept these Policies as well as Special Stitches Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellations, Changes, Returns and Refund Policy, etc.

- Please be assured your items will ship out within three (3) days of purchase (assuming all product is available and not back-ordered, and payment has cleared). If it is a firearm, it will ship after a valid FFL has been received for your preferred dealer. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping Charges
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Special Stitches invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Special Stitches.
Damaged Shipments
Check your order upon arrival. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact Special Stitches about any shortage or damage within 7 calendar days of receipt. - Privacy & Security
- Information Collection and Use
Special Stitches is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.
Registration
In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important Special Stitches services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.
Order
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.

- Any new part(s) that cannot be restocked as 100% new as they were shipped to you are considered used. All used or pre-owned parts sales are final. All other approved returns or exchanges incur a restocking fee of 25%. Requests for return, exchanges or issues need to be made within 14 days of the order being shipped. We reserve the right to accept returns on a case by case basis. No return will be accepted without a pre-approved RA# number from the staff of Special Stitches. Initial shipping charges or return shipping charges are not refunded. For safety reasons no returns or exchanges on ammunition or firearms are permitted. No exceptions.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at Special Stitches will effectively void warranty coverage. - Ordering

The most efficient, simple, and painless method to place an order is through our secure online store. Simply find the items you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and checkout. All of our inventory levels are current as we secure your parts order as soon as payment is received. Any item that has the "Notify me" option means the item is out of stock. You can be notified the moment that item arrives requesting a notification for that item.

Orders
An order is not binding upon Special Stitches until it is accepted; Special Stitches must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Special Stitches. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Please send us an e-mail with the part listing, quantity, how you intend to send funds for purchase and a return address for shipping. We will respond with availability and total along with associated shipping costs. You may also opt to checkout using our encrypted checkout system for faster service. If mailing in an order with a Check / M.O. please be sure to include a list of what you are ordering along with payment as well as a return shipping address. That way we can expedite your order and get it shipped right away without digging through e-mails or notes to find out what it is that you have ordered. This is very much appreciated.

- Special Stitches will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Special Stitches ID once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.
- Order Limitations
- We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
- Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
- Special Stitches may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Special Stitches also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Special Stitches Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Special Stitches reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
- Validating Your Order
- After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
- Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
- You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call (870) 917-2117 during Special Stitches hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment.
- Cancel Orders
- You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call (870) 917-2117 during Special Stitches hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order.
- Purchase Agreement
- By accepting delivery of any product ordered from Special Stitches, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed here. You and Special Stitches agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Special Stitches. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Special Stitches.

- You may log into our site at anytime to update your account information, it is the customers sole responsibility to be sure that account information is accurate and up to date, Special Stitches will not be held responsible to inaccurate information.

- Risk of Loss
- Special Stitches will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Special Stitches reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Special Stitches to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Special Stitches to protect its purchase money security interest. Special Stitches will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Special Stitches will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Special Stitches and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Special Stitches and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Arkansas, Grant County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Special Stitches that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
- Severability
- If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Arkansas law.
- Waiver
- The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
- Entire Agreement
- These terms and conditions, together with Special Stitches invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Special Stitches and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Special Stitches and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
